Herba Sparsh (“we”, “us”) sells natural personal care products through this website. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site or buy from us, why we collect it, and what say you have over it.

Information we collect

When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, and shipping/billing address. We need these to get your order to you and to keep you updated about it.

When you create an account: the same details above, plus your order history, so you don’t have to re-enter your address every time.

When you subscribe to our newsletter: just your email address. We store this ourselves and don’t hand your email to a third-party marketing tool.

When you ask to be notified about a restock: your email address and which product you asked about, so we can email you once when it’s back. Nothing more.

When you leave a product review: you need to be logged in to do this, so your review is tied to your account rather than collected as separate, unverified contact details.

Automatically: like most websites, our server logs basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Payment information

When you pay for an order, your card, UPI or bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, not by us. We never see or store your full payment details on our own servers.

Who we share your information with

We share the minimum needed to fulfil your order: your name, address and phone number go to our courier/logistics partner so they can deliver it, and your payment details go to our payment processor so they can charge you. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your cart contents while you shop, keep you logged in to your account, and remember basic preferences. These are functional cookies needed for the site to work, not advertising trackers.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. If you have an account, we keep your account details until you ask us to delete them or delete the account yourself. Newsletter and restock-notification emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except where we’re required to keep order records for legal or tax reasons). To do this, email us at support@herbasparsh.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your information in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page and change the date below.
